    Otways sure is muddy

Here are a couple of pici's from The Otways. I was leading a trip at the recent Otway Antics held by the Geelong 4WD Club. This was on the Deppelers Creek Rd.

I'd say you NEED 35's to do this.

There's a brand new Silverstone 35" tyre under there somewhere

    Some other shots

    and

This one is from a bog hole at the bottom of Newcombe Spur Track

    Hope you enjoy.

Looks like you visited the Somme! So the Silverstones get the tick of approval then?

I thought that was a nice touch.

It was only that he was running on 33" Cooper ST's

    ridiculous track damage

and I bet the Geelong 4wd club will be the first ones to complain when the scenic reserve is closed due to track damage! causing this sort of damage to public access tracks does nothing for 4wd access to public land!

gee what's got your nose out of joint?
This is a seasonally closed track. It is also part of a track plan that is agreed by the National Parks and the 4WD Association to provide a recreational use of the national park. What took place was not hooning/loutish behaviour. 4WDriving is not just 'puddle jumping'.

It makes me wonder what some people do when they come across a track that is slightly muddy do they turn around so they dont damage it any more

It took about 30 minutes and $10 at a carwash.
