EFT Minimum.
We don't have one as there is no ATM near us (closest is about 1km away.... at the local shopping centre) and for the few times we put through a sale under $10 it doesn't matter... (added bonus for small business is you don't have to take the cash down to the bank..... It goes in overnight)
But we do get charged per transaction so for some retailers it may be the difference between making the sale and making a profit or it not worth selling the item anyway. Just a thought.
Personally I'd do it on the hope you come back and get other items. What amazes me is their are some small businesses that don't have eftpos facilities.
When working for a larger chain the recruitment officer had a saying.... "It costs just as much to hire a pretty staff member (male or female) as it does an ugly one.... Nobody likes visiting a rundown ugly store!"
