    What happens on the long trip home with wheels jumping all over the place because of mud build up in the tyres. Balance would be awful ! You would have to take a hose with you so you could clean them before coming home. I reckon pumping up pneumatics for the trip home is easier.

    The idea has been around for years. No idea how it's going as an option though.

    I saw a program on these a few years ago when they first came out. To adjust pressures in a way they removed certain tweel spokes.
