Autometer, just pick one of the better ranges. They survive anything.

Is for Land Rover? Smith's gauges.

Good enough for Vincent, Jag, Bentley. Good enough for my farm truck.

    VDO? Nice.
Don't know where you are, but, there is a VDO distributer on Port Road in Adelaide.
    If that helps.

    Shorty.

If you want VDO, get them here (Which I found after I'd paid nearly as much for cheap copies locally!) Only downside is I couldn't find a metric version for all the gauges...

To solve the mounting issue, I put one of these in, which also gave me somewhere to put the UHF and a few extra switches.

    G'day Folks

VDO instruments were founded in Frankfurt Germany in 1921, and are of very good quality, try VDO Instruments Australia Pty/Ltd Head Office 115 Northern Rd West Hiedelberg Vic 3081 or you could try VDO .com.au, they do Automotive, Industrial, Marine and Aviation, Commercial instruments.

    cheers

VDO are the best IMHO, but in my Rangie I put Speco (Taiwanese made VDO!!!)

Speco are well priced and the 2 inch (52mm) are very similar to the Standard Defender ones.
