Hasn't happend in the history of mankind, not likely to happen in the future

What we need to concentrate on is preserving our country and its way of life and keeping all the riff raff in theirs.

So
step 1 renounce the refugee treaty and stop admitting people from incompatible countries cultures and religions

step 2 provide foreign aid only on basis of corruption graft audit being in place undertaken by independent body.

step 3 support the UN in any peace keeping mission that is likely to result in disarming of the combatents and the re-building of destroyed public infrastructure and schools

step 4 stop wasting money on toys for the boys like the super hornets and the F22 fighter and the advanced airwarfare destroyers

Lets not forget giving the UN balls enough to stop bullies going in where they aren't needed for their own personal gain, and fully supporting UN against said bullies.
