Yep - just finished. Brave boys. Bet you couldn't get to places they went these days, seeing as a lot of where they went is now a war zone.
Was interested to read about how to get your carnet "sorted" by bribing a few officials.
They didn't seem terrifically well prepared with their vehicles. Just gave them a service, grabbed a lot of spare parts and hoped for the best.
Thanks for the link. Am planning a trip like that in a few years when all the kids have left home, so always interested to read that sort of stuff.
