    DB, dont be offended by the "the best person for the job is the person who least wants it" its a reflection on a line frequently used about politicians and people who desperately seek out positions of power... The original line, and I have no idea who said or wrote it frist, is "The people who most actively seek out power are generally those least suited to wield it."

    But for a suggestion for an idea that may or may not get you into a moderators spot a new catagory "Women of AULRO, Living with freaks who love landrovers"

    Having been a moderator on chatrooms and thier associated forums before today its a job I really dont envy you wanting but (and no offense to anyone) this place seems to run pretty well sans moderation most of the time.
