It's NOT an urban myth.
The word "Pajero", pronounced either "pakero" or "pahero" depending on whether you are from Spain or South America, derives from Spanish for "straw."
It is the name of a small grass-living wild cat (hence the cat in the original Pajero logo) BUT in South America it refers to someone who gets overactive with their "straw."
