It's v. rare that i'm driving non-LR, so I don't have the issue.
I just wave anway when I do.
I've always like the thumb and finger 'L' idea, loser for having one, loser if you don't have one!:D

Yes, I saw that earlier today. Quite jealous. If you ever head down to NSW, look out for a guy with a beard waving (or doing an "L") at you.
