    Mad weather

WOW!!! Our weather pattern has changed. Storm after storm with HEAVY DUMPS of rain. 36mm yesterday, 19.5mm the day before and so far 17mm today. Each lot of rain in a very short period of time. Now there is another electrical storm rumbling around so I think there is more rain on the way.

La Nina is the opposite to El Nino. It brings higher than average rain...

But we need it more on the western side of the ranges so that it flows into the Murray! Yesterday the SA Transport Dept. closed one of the vehicular ferries at Mannum and is talking about banning heavy vehicles from some of the others due to low river levels.
