I deal with TCIS and so far they have always been great. I have an Allianz policy through them on my D2. I have previously had CGU policies and the one time while insured by them (after 5 years of the same policy !) when I need to make a claim against a vehicle which was written off, it took them 8 weeks and the threat of legal action to make the payout happen. By comparision Allianz have always got on with the process if I have needed to make a claim. For me this is about the insurance company and not the broker. TCIS, like any broker just make it easier to obtain a policy that comes as close as possible to matching the needs for the policy holder with what's on offer. If the insurance company is a pain to deal with they will be regardless of broker or not.
