    Good stuff, we need some more Freelander 2 owners around here, I think they look like a top vehicle so it'll be interesting to see feedback.

    It's a real pity that LR didn't drop the name and call it something else though. Being called a Freelander is like having Hitler for a surname.

    Gday lads, first post for me cos i had a similar experience with the LR dealer in WA, got no service from them and ended up a few km's down the road and buying an 06 Defender. She moves in tonight!!!!!! Yeeeehaaa

    If only the Defender had more torque, only a paltry 360Nm, it's a wonder they can even climb hills. The Freelander on the other hand has a colossal 400Nm.
