Based on Incs excercise for over 30's thread, what do you actually do to keep fit?
I ride my bike to work (only about 7 minutes each way) and I walk the dog every morning (about 30 - 45 minutes). I am also doing situps each day to try to help get some stomach muscle tone back.

I ride to work every day - 300km per week (30km each way, per day), take a 0.5 hr walk at lunch time and do situps/pushups 3 times a week.
I am a cycling coach and former Qld State Pursuit Champion so I tend to do a little more exercise than most.
If I don't get to exercise - I go loopy (loopier). I also like a beer so it all evens out.![]()

i run most mornings at 6am, very hard in winter.
I use the gym maybe2 times a week as well.
Its all about a balanced life.![]()
Howdy guys , I walk pretty much 7 days a week . through the week days i walk 5 km's and on the weekends i walk about 10 km's a day . That and chasing the kids around![]()

I go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 1.5-3hrs a session, i teach Taekwondo 4 nights a week as well. I also do alot of jogs and walks..... but i am only 28 turning 29 in march......
I play hockey in winter, but I don't do enough in summer really. Heck, I don't even train for hockey. I do walk the dog a bit, and di a bit of walking in my lunchbreaks.
My waistline is starting to let me know about it though![]()

and still carry too much weight.
I have a reasonably active job, a lot of walking, lifting, pushing and shoving. i ride my mountain bike regularly, about once or twice a year. i have 3 large dogs and one of them get's walked every now and then.
work is mentally and physically tiring and i don't cope with lack of sleep as well as i used to.
obviously not enough exercise!
