    i have been changing about every 3 months lately every time i get settled i get offerd more money else where so i move on, but the 34 an hour is more than i was getting last year when i was in a 200t excavator

    there bit but i have more fun in a 30t the bigger they are the slower they are!!!!

    Im sure you would, the 5 tonner I was on a couple of months ago was enough for me, they wont let me on the bigger ones

    And then theres the site allowance. If its all purpose (? IIRC) then she increases at x1.5 & x2 along with the hourly rate. RDO each fortnight which is of course backed up to a public holiday when appropriate. Tools down when a sparkie moves a ceiling tile to pull a wire...should have got the plaster to do that.
