Tell me you didn't get the windows tinted? It's probably the biggest modification mistake we've made so far.

With the totally flat glass in the defender the reflections are horrific at night. You have to keep telling yourself that the guy flying up behind you that doesn't look like he's going to stop is actually the guy approaching you. It scares the bejeesus out of me

I'm thinking of having it removed from the back windows.

EDIT: My apologies. Just a wee tad off topic there

Yeah I get that to. Also got it without window tint. You may have got a tint that reflects more than mine though, because I dont notice it all that much.

Here in Moore Park Beach I think we are only 2 house owners that have a dry Australian garden with wood chip as mulching and Australian native plants only.
The mulching is there to save evaporation and help the lower canopy to develop.
The rest of the population have lawn and many European and Brazilian plants which requires irrigation. I can not see the logic on that
When they are looking after the lawn I am seating enjoying my beer
All the irrigation in my garden is done under ground by the biologic treatment plant.
No rubbish to the rivers or waste of water.
Then two houses in the block have swimming pools
Does matter how hard we are trying we can not win but at least I am happy with my contribution to look after Mother Nature.
If we kill Nature we kill the human race among others habitants in this planet.
    PS: sorry for my spanglish

I see Elizabeth Noseworthy, has decided to lift some of the water restrictions in QLD, "IF" the dams get to 40%.

Well, I'd love to know how much water Ms Noseworthy, uses.
You would not wash that body with a "Cups canteen" of water

Before get attacked! It was a joke...

I just don't understand how you can manage the restrictions on a per person basis if there is no record of the number of people in a household?

We are a family of 4 and use 280 a day. That's half what we're allowed.

I think the gardeners will go crazy again.

    New restrictions
