    Hobartia

    I'm in Hobart March 3-8, tagging along with my wife while she installs an art exhibition.

    I'm minding the twins, 3yo, for the week so any suggestions for entertainment would be appreciated, don't think we'll do Cadbury, sorry kids.

    They just don't seem to get conceptual art.

    Kids today, I ask ya.

    It's all video screens and projectors and stuff, and if I hang in there I have to install, too.

    Plus, shiny new x-trail to play with, no excess, no km limit.

    Trip up the mountain is always good on a clear day. Pity you aren't up noth, we could have had x-trail races LOL!!

    I take them three days a week while Rilka is working.

    That's more than enough.

    Not really looking forward to a full week in the hustle and bustle of Hobart.

    Trying to convince them that they really want to go to the auctions.

    Maritime museum is worth visiting - although the 3yos may not think so!

    I also found a lot of good second hand bookshops in Hobart, with the same caveat.
