    I wonder what it go's for I got mate who buys utes in that condition restores them sells them nothing older then 05 he doe's it for living

    ULR have reserved all/some of the ULR___ plates from vicroads so it could have been anyone who bought a car from them.

    My new defender will have plates ULR288 and its not due until July.

    Still, that price is pretty cheap, as I don't think it would cost more that 10K to repair
