    Planes/Lights over S.E. Melb last night

    Did anyone see the line of lights over Melbourne's south east last night, about 11pm? We were in Pakenham, and saw it to the south. 7 lights in a row, then moved out of the line over 5-10 mins, then faded out from the right to left. Could have been planes, but there were no flashing lights, just an orange glow (pretty average formation for planes in formation too ). Thought they might have been flares for a while. 6 of us couldn't figure it out.

    Anyone see it?

    And no, i'd only had 2 beers

    Hi Ian,

    We had a fair bit of rain since the wet season started and the water capacity has lifted.

    I don't worry about water restrictions as I have the mains turned off and live off our four rainwater tanks :-)

    BTW, I thought you knew that Aliens don't like the heat, they sweat in those silver suits....
