    D1 Baby Capsule Anchor Points.

Can someone please tell me if there are anchor points either side of the centre point in a 98' D1 ? I have ours in the centre but need to put another capsule in for a few days while the SIL and her new bub are visiting.

All passenger cars from 198x onwards were/are required to have three anchor points for child restraints.

Dunno where on a Discovery. If the roof liner has been replaced they might have been covered over and not poked out again. Had that once, lovely clean liner ended up looking like a pincushion.

    Cheers

The Disco1 has three mounting points. All above the back door. I'll go and measure the distance from the centre mount to the outer mounts and you can stab a hole in your roof lining.

400mm between the middle mount and each outer mount.

There are 2 of the buttons that hold the headlining up and i thought maybe that they need to be removed to access them, RAVE doesnt mention them at all.

My hoodlining was replaced before I bought the car and it had three black push in clips where the restraints go. I've since taken them all out and the hoodlining is still up there
