I'd have thought Pauline would employ inferior minorities for sweeping duties?
But, she would make a good publican - she's about as cultured as Mme Thenardier...

Firstly, I also apologize for not taking the bait.
It would be unsound for me to comment on a subject within your expertise.
Not much of Albany Creek is flat.
We are on a small rise 27m ASL.
It is a 200m down hill walk to the Local Tavern and the walk back is not noticed, so the change in level must be slight.![]()

I'm sorry Ron you are mistaking your own identity, not ours.
Don't you still own a D1 (AKA The poor mans Range Rover) to tow around your common man's mobile holiday lodge?
You must drive the Town car to Country Club. Considering the age of the D1 it must look rather ghastly and quite frankly bring down the whole value of the car park.
Having not met you due to "Cooma being way to far for you to drive" I can only summise that I am more of a RRS (Range Rover Snob) than you. Due to the fact I own more than one LR with one being a newer vehicle, along with offroading, they get used for soccermum, driving down to and around the horse paddock and pony club duties, with matching horse float. I only like the nice Cognac (not the cheap crap that sends you loco ) and I would not be seen dead towing a Caravan. I would much prefer to stay in the resorts/ motel or if they are not available camping.
ps Kmart has a special on the cheaper tweed jackets (this week only).
Time to vote "Dobbo" as the champion in "Mine is bigger, better than yours"...
Who many others in this site are like that?
How dare you?
you should be ashamed to have an attitude like that.
Who cares if you dont like caravans, or if you dont like D1's because they make you look bad.
Suddenly, everyone is inferior to you, because of the car you drive.... I judge people on there behaviour and attitude,
Not what they drive.
You need to take a good hard look at yourself.
And secondly, Who the hell wears tweed jackets anymore... Where did you get that call from... It was hilarious mate...

Just a quick search of real estate in Albany creek nothing under $380 G mmm nice area![]()
Yes it is a little over inflated!
I was a lucky man, I bought ours in 1998 for 168,000. Borrowed 20 grand from war service and paid for the rest.
Cheap payments that you can re-use. Updated the kitchen and fitted four rain water tanks since, from the same fund
Agents tell me it is all worth 440, but if you sold, where do you go?.
The three kids will do well, eventually
Thirty years in the Australian Army, living in all types of places, pays out when you retire and take a redundancy package at the same time![]()
