    It shouldn't be necessary to download them twicwe if they are quote - they should be in the cache.

    Any photos I post (if not thumbnails) are resized in PhotoShop to fit the screen, either 640x480 or 800x600 and then saved for the web (72 dpi).

    I still live with dial-up at work where I can get a max of 28kbps.
