    Goodyear TPP blah blah blah

    Was out an about pricing tyres on Wednesday.

    Got to Goodyear to query a few things. His sales pitch introduced me to the Goodyear TTP (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! etc)

    Has anyone put into action their Goodyear Tyre Protection Plan? Are there underlying clauses that screw you over? Such as void of plan if you dare take them off anything that is black?

    235/85 R16's

    Buckshots - 195
    Geolander MT's 295 and 320
    MTR's 295 (plus $16 per tyre for TPP (!!!!!!!! etc) )

    The Buckshots look the goods at that price. Most of these extended tyre warranties are not worth squat. There are to many conditions and variables they can cite. However you always have your statuatory warranty as with any product and this is pretty much what these equate to. Paying nearly $300 per tyre I would want them to throw it in, not pay extra.
