Hmmm, beer, having one right now. I drink a fair range dependant on palate. I like Beez Kneez, has a hint of honey, Steinlager, Stella, Hoefgaden, Redback, the list goes on. As I have cut out beer during the week, I tend to try a different 6 pack on the weekends. Will get together a more formative list,

    Regards

Try Czech: Velkopopovicky Kozel, German: Schwelmer Pils, Danish: Carlsberg Elefant,Tuborg Paskebrug, Fakse Fadol. Aust: Moonshine Strong Scotch Ale, this is an absolute ripper but expensive. The only British beers worth drinking from the bottle are Newcastle Brown, McEwens Export Scotch Ale, Carlsberg Special Strong lager (9.0%).

Castlemaine XXXX have stopped making their Special Brew 6.2% so you have missed out on what I reckon was the best Oz made mass produced beer.

My opinion of most of the boutique brewery premium beers made in Oz is that they are grossly overpriced tasteless, or bad tasting pi#s. Eumundi was good until its production was outsourced to Power's which became owned by Carlton and Eumundi became just another tasteless Carlton pretend beer.
