I came home from work at 1400 hrs on 2nd of January and haven't been back since . This could change when I see the surgeon next week, as I am expecting clearance to return to work .

Hey Stevo do you change or do you work in your jimjams...some soho workers will shower and dress in their suits drive around the block and go to their home office...at least the lucky ones get to drive their Land Rovers to work

    Sorry minor hijack

I start in the office at 07:30 and leave around 17:30.

I'm slowing down in my old age having worked much longer hours previously. I figure I can do the same amount now as I did 10 years ago in less time.

Sorry minor hijack response . No don't work in my jammies, but might check emails first thing in them . At the moment with the cold, normally in trackys and ugg boots .....unshaven ....unless I have client visits so of course scrub up for that. Couldnt be buggered doing all that other hoo haa mentioned. Lunchtime I yell out to catering to get her butt into gear and get me some lunch ..............sheesh hope this is one thread she doesnt read ,

Have to agree with you there. Although, the fact that the people who voted in the last section, were not those included in "everyone else", makes you wonder!

Very myopic of the author, assuming essentially that start times would be in the morning or you have a "non-job" like office work or teaching or you have retired. Not a thought for all those of us who keep the community safe, or feed it or provide it's essential services.

Personally I leave home about 11 hours before I finish at work and but I never leave home before 9.00 am, although it may actually be when some people have decided to "knock off" for the day and go home! (All home office workers excluded.)
