spare wheel on 130 single cab

just wondering where the spare wheel should be mounted on a 130 single cab ute?

also, is the fuel tank meant to be at the front or rear of the tray??

spare on the bonnet if it's a proper 300tdi one, 'cause the td5 ain't stong enough, otherwise it's on the tray (or under it in front of the rear wheel)

i think i might just leave it strapped to the tray, me thinks it will be a bit hard to mount a 33in muddy to the bonnet
