It seems the very train my car was on was the derailment .

I've done a Google search but I can't access any of the ABC news or Railpage sites from work so I won't be able to know more until tonight .
Derailments must be more common than most people realise! My 110 spent a week in adelaide due to a derailment when it was coming to perth.

I'l call you next time a toxic cargo train comes through.
Remember a few years back to that derailment that wiped out half of Galong station

It had nothing to do with me, but I did pick up some O/T from it.

    Overtime?

What's that? I've had one overtime shift this calendar year. Boy, the lack of OT really knocks the pay packet.

It was nearly 7 years ago Ron

I'm sure you'll survive on base rate plus penalties, and not have to collect the shopa docket vouchers just yet. I was in your boat 3 years ago, life was simpler then, and boy did we had it tough, the wert 5 of us livin' in wet paypa bag.............
