I did say that " Different tattoos do send different messages" plus I put the caveat "in my industry".
This guy is unemployable in any workplace that takes EEO seriously due to the swastika and he would have known that when he got the tattoo (or else he is an idiot, actually eother way there is a pretty good chance of him being an idiot).
If none of his tattoos broke the EEO rules, he had the qualifications, performed well in the interview (including demonstrating his ability to work in a team) and his referee reports were positive then I see no reason not to hire him. Nothing wrong with a bit of spice. But then I.T. is full of open-minded people. It would not surprise me at all if he is a geek of some sort.
If I was hiring for sales or front-line customer service then probably not but depends on your industry and customer base.
