I was reading the Thread on his Trailer Wheel overtaking him and noticed that his status was BANNED so I assumed he was permanantly banned......

Yes, He has been banned. As previously explained, infractions for various offences like personal attacksa and swearing add up over time, and Fusion automatically triggered a 1 week ban through an acrual of points.

Morning All, Ok I saw this and my initial response was really ticked off. I then had to rush off to my mornings training in martial arts and having punched and whacked a few things, feel a little calmer.....well slightly.

Off the bat, if you are going to give Mick a banning then bloody Dobbo should either get a wrap across the knuckles or same. Aside from...you Dobbo...having an incessant ability to **** people off....some saying it publicly....others saying it privately, you may not cross the code of conduct here, but you certainly...on many occasions do not fulfill the overall generous atmosphere that is here.

I know full well that in this particular situation, when ever it comes to one of Micks posts, you are there putting the boot in, making snide remarks, hassling or making some antagonistic comment. For sure, Mick might fire the bullet by reacting and he needs to learn to control that, ie dont react to people who try to cyber bully because then you lose. But before he has reacted he has been taunted 9/10 times by Dobbo. Mods do a search. All I am saying is fairs fair, I know Dobbo was involved in another altercation 12-18mths ago, similiar type situation where he was banned, there was Landyfromanutherland who left, and the list goes on. I even think Inc coined the term....keyboard warrior!!

Personally have also been on the receiving end of some of Dobbo's attempts at putdowns, snide comments, insults etc........but always results in a "Whaat, what are ya talking about....Im not talking about you. Recent thread with B92, again good ol Dobbo inflaming half if not most of the other members and very much so B92.

So all I am saying, and I did read what Mick wrote..........almost fell on the ground laughing it was such a pearler and right on the nose in terms of the sentiment. I dont necessarily agree that it was the way to respond, but by god I can understand why when you have someone who constantly tries to have a go in every thread or post that you put up....sooner or later one will snap. I have.....good ol Traveler who was just a snide, useless **** who rather than be constructive or add to the generous atmosphere that most adhere to, there are the small minority that seem to take great joy in putdowns. Maybe that needs to be put into the Conditions of Access??

Do you get any warnings from the mods before you get banned, or is it sudden death?

As somebody explained once before.
Somebody has taken the time and effort as well as financial cost to raise and maintain this forum, and as such it is their domain.
We as invited guests have to respect any "house rules" that may apply.
I too have been ticked off for breaching rules and I understand and respect why I was admonished.
I'm saddened to see anybody banned, temporarily or permenantly.
