    Defender Child Restraint Pictures

    At last, here we go.
    $196 from littles.
    Worste quote I got was $1600....
    Comes with RTA cert and all!
    Pretty bad....

    That restraint is identical to the one I got put in my rangie in 1989 !!!! and it cost me $145 so you didn't do too bad.

    That is a completely different design to ours. To be honest I prefer our design as it is more out of the way. Ours cost 160.

    Is this a legal requirement???

    To be honest, as a Civil & Structural Engineer - thats pretty p poor. I can only assume that its suppose to collapse under load and not be a totally fixed restraint.

    The other thought is that its way too intrusive - and indeed dangerous. I have fallen over when crawling about in the back of Defenders before - would hate to think I had to fall on that!!
