What tosser's why did they not up date us on their incompetence, its not like it rocked up to SA unannounced, came all the way from frigging Brisvegas surely enough time to make a pallet available, we paid the extra to have fully enclosed transport aswell
So no Friday night playing with the wifes new shopping trolley
Now I have to wait to next week.
Not bad between the incompetence of the dealer and transport company it is one calendar month from purchase to delivery

Sounds about par for a transport company. I've become very cynical of transport and freight providers over the years. Now days I'm more surprised when things turn up on time or near enough.

Yes - we experienced similar delays when the young bloke imported his RX7 through Sydney and got it trucked to Perth.
And even though the truck carrying the car travelled within 40 km of us (we're in Kalgoorlie - truck goes through Coolgardie), do you think we could get them to offload in either Kalgoorlie or Coolgardie. No - you'll have to drive down to Perth to collect the car.

Thats bad. When we trucked the 4WD's up to Cairnes, the truck basically had to come past within about 2km of one of the groups door. So they picked up and return delivered to the door. This said, I guess we had also booked the whole truck.Originally Posted by BMKal
