Great Job on the snorkel mate. Just make sure you rough up the surface a little if you want the paint to stick to the PVC
. would look ugly if flakes of paint started coming off .

You said you were using 80mm OD tube?
That snorkel head you bought, is that the 3.5" model? I understand that the standard sizes are 3" and 3.5", but I suspect that the ' 3.5" ' model actually has an internal diameter of 3.25" (or about 80mm).
Can you confirm if you used a ' 3.5" ' head and that it fits 80mm pipe?
Just trying to source parts for my own.
