Well the key thing is that they are rear wheel drive vs FWD of the later models.I wonder what was specially included in the Singapore Taxi Pack?![]()
They are N/A diesels and otherwise seem to be stock 85 Coronas.
I think one of the issues was that the boot is bigger in a rear wheel drive.
Its really extraordinary that Toyota could do it, as usually once a model is discontinued the suppliers stop making a lot of the parts.

They are not Coronas. The badge on the back says Toyota Crown, but it is not the Crown that we had in Australia. In other countries it is called a Toyota Comfort.
