I have 3cars that I want to paint here. Time and money is the only thing that stops me. I'll just buy some cheap "mis-match" paint from the local bunnings store and paint the MDF booth prior to using it ('cos MDF is FULL of dust). Fans will be in the roof top front, vent at the back. You pressurise the booth, that way you push the dust out through any gaps and leaks in it. The front wall can be a simple sheet of builders plastic.

I had a tiny little garage that I "tried" to line with builders plastic. I've probably painted 10 cars over hte last 20years.... using a booth, even a dodgy home made one will be a revelation :)
It's just time and money.... Hopefully I'll paint one of hte 3 cars in the next couple of years and try it out.
