    DB, moisture in the air will leave you with a crappy job. you will get little blisters all over it. weather needs to be dry or you need to create an artificial environment that is dry.
    preferably without the use of an open flame!

    I don't have blisters over it yet!.........
    and I didn't have any sags dribbles or runs, its just patchy

    I have put a heater in the shed now I have left it to air for a couple of hours to help dry the paint out.......its the shiniest matt black you have ever seen
    Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

    Ok so just saying to ian that it doesn't seem to be drying...he replys oh I hope i got the right paint......never thought to check that did I

    look at the tin "BLACK" not "MATT BLACK" any wonder it has a friggn shine on it! and i'm thinking its taking a long time to dry...I wish there was an angrier emoticon I could use.

    for a bloke to admit he doesn't know something is to admit weakness. you must understand that although he gave you the wrong advice, got the wrong paint and pretended he knew what he was talking about, he did it out of love and the need for you to feel secure in the knowledge that you are in the care of a "man of the world" who can offer advice and comfort when required, even if it is the wrong advice and the comfort he offers is to console you for his mistake.

    I'm starting to think that if things were right IN THE FIRST PLACE i might of actually done a reasonable job....I'am sooooooooo ****ed off right now
