Also the techy threads can have good discussions on them, keep to the topic, have some banter on them but does not go completely off topic. Most UK forums tend to go off topic or get bitchy which can spoil good topics.

That should actually be "... Just don't post too much..." seeing everyone else is on a grammar/spelling kick...and as I recall from a miss-spent youth, 'Inner Circle' is a pretty fine rum

I always wondered if the pomegranate term arose from a similar root as the American term "Limey". Pomegranates were eaten to prevent scurvy - this was also the reason for the drinking of lime juice.

I've always wondered about that. There seems to have been a number of very skilled people in the convicts sent. One has to ask were some sent because of those skills - maybe even though they hadn't actually transgressed.
