Hard luck. It's amazing the number of people who dont know these things.
I have been told in the past by so called car enthusiasts, about the Isuzu diesel in Defenders, Peugeot diesel in Defender, and of course the BMW diesel in Defenders (Td5)![]()

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
I didn't know the County came with the turbo version of the 3.9 Isuzu anyway - so if the original claims had been correct would it have had a different engine or a turbo just plonked on the standard engine.

I've heard of a few around that claim to have come with 4BD1-T. With the similarities in the two engines, it's not impossible to imagine that there were a few special orders.
Duck, duck.
