Driving the Defender to the local butcher shop at Kemps Creek this morning & got and gave a wave to a fellow Defender driver on Mamre Road.
It had a few AULRO Club stickers on it as well.

meh
Go jump!
Dave.
I have been waving at every landy in Toowoomba and surrounding districts and when ever I have gone on trips to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
In the last Six months I have had One Guy nearly Jump out his Disco to wave back, a lot of strange looks and A disco with a Bike on the roof wave just before I did.So Two good waves in about 2 years is Ok.
My wife thought I was nuts untill she saw the guy trieng to wave back at last minute and said he looked Nuts.I just said Its a Landy thing and she smiled.

, a lot of D2's seem to be driven by mums taking kids to school and shops so they just look at you with that who was that
look.
D3 drivers here just dont even see you and are just looking straight ahead.
Have you had a bike laying flat on a roof rake one night on Cnr Herris and Hume if so i have seen you if not i dont Know who.
Mine is a distinctive white D1 (Avitar)
I got a wave & toot today from Mrs Bundalene I believe! Thanks for remembering I mow at LG HQ and for the smile to lift my day. Must be a 1st though - Defender driver waving to a Ride-on mower operator as an outcome from these threads!!!
