    where are warn xdc, ironman & premier winch are made?

    As the title says does anyone know where are warn xdc, ironman & premier winch are made?

    I'm fairly sure the Warn XDC I have says "Made in the USA".

    I thought Warn was USA also.

    Ironman is from China, and Premier is probably from the same factory but I'm not definte on that.

    Dont forget the Japs, clever little people they are - have a city in Japan named USA. - true. They moved quite a number of factories there after the war, so they could sell stuff made there branded as Made in USA

    Warn is made in the USA, not USA Japan.

    Ironman is definitely Chinese, but their quality seems fine. I have several friends with them and they have never had an ounce of trouble with them.
    Info I got a couple of years ago was that the Warn armatures are now wound in Korea and their gears are cut in China and assembled in the USA with very good quality control etc.... mind you, don't make a claim on your Warn warranty if your winch has ever been submerged (and who's hasn't?), they wont pay.

    Warn comes out of the same factory as Ironman in China

    The difference is Warn comes out in pieces for assembly in USA

    This same topic came up years ago and I cant remember where I stored the source link.
