You need to have loaded the picture in a photo hosting site, or your own site and then copied the link to that picture, then inserted using the "insert image' icon in the message box (that I'm typing in now). If you 'right click', if windows, on the picture below - the properties will give you the web address from whence the picture came.






But if I had a flickr account, or photobucket account (or as I do - a smugmug account) .. then that would be the domain name beind the picture). Some of these run free accounts. I happen to subsribe to smugmug as I like the amount of space that I can put my pics.

Thus you will see the address below comes from my smugmug account:
