In all likeliness it is leaking from the seals between the transfer case and gearbox.
Not a huge drama as long as oil levels in both are maintained.
I have put a pic on of the area that seems to be leaking oil, more so than it ever as, in fact its only since i starrted to use the 130 everyday that i have notice the oil. I know its normal for Defenders to bleed, but should i be concerned with this?

are both oil levels topped up from the engine oil re-fill cap?
both the transfer case and gearbox will have thier own oil filler plug, DO NOT use engine oil, check your owners manual for the oil specification for each
different oil for both, good job u told me. filled via the enging bay???
Transfer case filler should be on the rear side of the transfer case, may be a little fiddly to get at due to the handbrake drum.
If gearbox is R380, filler is on the drivers side of the gearbox IIRC, quite high up and you'll need a size T55 torx bit to undo it (transfer can be done with ½" drive socket same as diffs).
The easiest way to top them up is with a small hand operated oil pump, the gearbox is a PITA to get to!

Might be worth checking the breather to make sure it;s not blocked.
