    Chocolate is derived from coco, the bean of the coco tree (suprise, suprise). Beans are in the fruit/vegetable food group, ergo....health food, so FILL YA BOOTS

    I like choco hot cross buns, but i prefer to get regular and just spread melted chocolate on them instead of butter or margarine or what ever people put on them..
