If its crank bearings, leave the crankcase half bearing side down in the oven at 120Deg and they'll drop right out...

That was an early XR600RF engine, can't be much different on a later one?
Plus it'll give you more time for lifting those heavy cans,
PS, good looking dog there Matt

Make sure he gets to travel south with you when you come down

Sounds like a real 'Granma' !!! at least he'll be well cared for if you have to go somewhere he can't go too

Any ideas on the time frame? Still December/ January?

Got approval from Transport for the LSE the other day, so once this pesky ABS issue is sorted, its up to the AIS for rego! So a few trips are in order soon. NO serious stuff, thats what mine is for

Cute dog! Always got to have a dog!

My parents are the same, always love looking after my dog when I'm away.

Mind you, Simba has got mum trained at the moment! Apparently at night she has worked out that if she barks then mum will come down and roll her over onto her other side - and she's working it big time!!! I can imagine Simba absolutely laughing to herself about it in astonishment.... and then barking again for another roll!
    Cheers

Well I buried tiger in the garden, short lived, such a shame he was a complete nut, but ever loyal one person dog, would of been great to see him mellow to on old woof, also have another woof who his looking for him, took her in from my fiancees parents and they've been together like retarded twins since, ver few things bring me to tears, but this sure does, managed to out himself from the yard and had no road sense, I can't believe anyone can run over a dog and not have the decency to tell the owner, poor ****er laid on the side of the road all day until a mate called in to drop a 44 of oil off, my phone number is stamped across his collar 6 inch's long, atleast he called, couldn't imagine looking for him to find him dead down the road

Great choice of dog,a mate of mine has had four of them over the years(he is in his 60's),and his daughter has two of them. They are very alert & will let you know if anyone is around. We looked at them after we had our 14yr old doby put down, but wanted something a little larger & ended up with a Springer Spaniel.

There is nothing like having a good dog for companionship.

Sorry to hear your loss mate. I lost Snowy (Mini Foxie) a few days ago, after 17 years of faithful service.

Luckily I still have Gillie, another Mini Foxie... he's been getting lots of hugs recently

    RIP.

I'm so immensely sorry to hear this Matt, the word devestating just doesn't come remotely close to discribing, especially considering... so often the good ones go early. It sounds like Tiger was the epitome of a perfect dog that led a loved life. I think that there is a time when you meet your loved dogs again.
