    I voted for putting the 4BD1 into another Rangie , while you're at it and if you can afford it , I'd get the new RRC Chassis Galvanised.

    I can't believe how much more comfortable the Rangie is Compared to the disco , more leg room etc , the missus used to say it all the time when it used to be running.

    Very nice. Gut the D2, put all of the other bits in, use a late D1 dash. Could it pass emissions though?

    That may be a trick..... The old RRC now has a D2 body with a chassis and suspension upgrade

    Get another rangie your only goin backwards if ya dont fenders are good but a rangie is a dam site more comfy and has a way better rear seat and leg room which defenders lack go drive a few fenders take the missus with ya make sure ya do at least an hour drive in one even get her to drive it i bet ya both will be happy to get back in the rangie

    Mate she won't even drive the Rangie, I have no chance of her driving a fender.
