I have Rover stud pattern hubs on my Camper Trailer. The stud diameter is slightly smaller and so the wheel nuts are not interchangable with the vehicle - but the wheels are.

Google 'etrailerparts'. I'm sure I saw some rover stud patterns on their website

I also saw another thread a few weeks back here where someone had machined a blank hub to take standard LR studs.

Any trailer place will be able to get the hubs for you , I had to undersling my axle under the springs instead of ontop of the springs to fit 31x10.5 15,s on my 6x4
