Na then,yes Coope there are two Mammoth's that I know of here,one a 1962 AEC Mammoth Major with the AV 760 engine in the livery of Tideswell's of Stoke,and the other an ex army 1974 AEC Mommoth Major again with the AV 760 engine which were only six leggers instead of the uaual Eight both with Ergomatic cabs in the Sam Longson livery of Chapel En Le Frith. I think your getting abit cheeky all my relatives are domestic thank you.

I pulled up at the rest area at the bottom of the Palmerston, to put in a couple of gerries of fuel, this evening. There were a couple of young backpackers there struggling with a single burner stove. I offered my assistance, when I'd finished what I was doing. The offer was accepted and a brief conversation was started by me, asking "Where are you from?" The brilliant reply was "London.................that's in England.":angel:
