2nd answer.I have thought about this,and feel that Panda's question has more validity than I gave it credit for.This is the real story because I feel that you have a right to know perhaps.11 years ago my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer.He told me that his greatest concern was for my mother,because he,and myself I suppose,were her life.I gave him my word that I would take care of her,So after he had gone,sold the yacht,sold their home and found this one down here.I knew that I could not live with her,so had to find a property with two houses upon it,and this was perfect.I consider that if I give my word to someone then that is final regardless of the consequences.Having said that,I did think that she would lose the will to live after he died,but is obviously tougher than either of us thought.
So that is the truth why I do not have a yacht Panda.I still go sailing now and then and do miss it.Perhaps the Land Rover and c'van will become my replacement in the future.I will travel again one way or another.
