Yes mate production finishes Dec 09,no replacement is planned as TATA want to take the brand back more up market with the XF,XJ and XK ranges.

Oz website say they have limited options available, only 3.0 V6 I think it said. I didn't know Jag made an engine that small. Next you'll be saying the Mk 10 is out of production.

Only X Type for Aus is a 2.1 v6 petrol LE auto at $aus50K! I don't want to upset you mate but the last Mk10 was about 1966 when it was renamed 420 G this lasted until 1970.

Damn, missed out again. I love Jags, but the affair waned somewhat during the 420 era. It was rekindled with the release of the XJ 4.2.
