No Coope,he died much later in his eighties,so his 'regal tool' had been somewhat redundant for quite awhile,his demise was from a bout of foot rot brought on by not wearing socks in his wellingtons.by the way there's a Wellington monument on Birchin Edge above Baslow,fancy his family having that built for his wello's.
