I think it's a GU Patrol.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was of Yank origin, all the switches are the same as those used in Western Stars, down is off.

They are 'Carling' style switches - available in dozens of designs from multiple eBay suppliers for around $8-10 each. I've just bought some - no, that's NOT my car...
