Re the Porsche into the garage, it appears the driver was a 15-yo unlicenced driver who'd had an accident (front right corner) and left the scene.

I saw a bloke in a Valiant waggon do similar under our building at work.
A tight turn left to the exit needed a wide approach, as well evidenced by the tyre marks on the concrete floor.
He hung it up near the rear passenger door hinge. Got out, inspected the damage, spat the dummy, kicked the car, limped back to the driver's seat and floored it.

When the smoke and noise dispersed he had got most of his car out and away.

Maintenance addressed the hazard by bolting a huge bit of angle iron to the remaining concrete pillar and painting it yellow with black stripes.
